Day 9 : Cultural Treasures of Fez, Meknes, and Chefchaouen
You will depart from Fes at 08:30 and head to Chefchaouen, passing through Meknes and Volubilis. Your journey begins with a visit to the ancient walls and monumental gates dating back to the 17th century, including the famous Bab Mansour El-Heri. Explore the es-Souani granaries and stables, massive structures built by Moulay Ismail, and visit the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, which was once solely a mosque open to Muslims, but is now accessible to non-Muslims. You will also see the impressive Place El-Hedim, a monumental square that holds significant historical value.
After your visit to Meknes, continue on to Volubilis, an ancient Roman city, before making your way to your next destination: Chefchaouen.
Day 10 : From Chefchaouen to Rabat and Casablanca
After breakfast, enjoy two hours of free time to explore the charming town of Chefchaouen at your own pace.
Start with a visit to the Al Makhzen market, where you’ll find a blend of traditional Moroccan market vibes mixed with more modern elements.
Next, head to the Ras El Ma spring, a natural water source flowing from the mountains and enclosed by stone walls at the northeast exit of the medina. This serene oasis offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.
Make your way to Uta El Hamam Square, the vibrant heart of Chefchaouen. The square is home to the historic Kasbah, the central mosque, and numerous cafes where you can relax and soak in the atmosphere.
Take time to explore the city’s medina, a maze of narrow streets and charming alleyways with typical blue Andalusian architecture, arches, small squares, and fountains. Don’t forget to visit the souks for some shopping.
Afterwards, we will drive you for three hours to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you will visit the city’s top attractions such as the Hassan Tower and the Oudayas Kasbah, which offers stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean. After a lunch break, we will continue our journey to your hotel in Casablanca.
Day 11 : From Casablanca back to Marrakech
After breakfast, we will begin with a visit to Nation’s Square, followed by the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of the most iconic landmarks in Morocco. You’ll have the opportunity to explore both the interior and exterior of this grand mosque, the largest in Morocco and the 7th largest in the world, with its minaret standing at a towering 210 meters, the tallest in the world.
Following the mosque visit, we will depart for Marrakech. Upon arrival, you will have some free time to relax and explore the city at your own pace.
Day 12 : Departure from Marrakech
